No Limits provides youth information, advice and counselling for disadvantaged young people in Southampton who face significant mental health issues, through providing a safe space where they can deal with issues and break down barriers which prevent them experiencing good health or personal development.
Ongoing support is available for the young people through drop in centres where No Limits provides information, advice and counselling, and individual learning plans are designed with each young person to identify targets for personal development, areas where intensive support is needed and challenges that may be met. A grant of £48,863.00 from BBC Children in Need funds the salaries of a part-time Manager, Youth Worker and Administrator plus activity costs.
