That is why we set up the Asda Foundation, which through a range of projects supports good causes across the UK.

Wigan Space to Grow

The donation of £14,000 from the Asda Foundation will be used to turn a derelict patch of ground into a sensory and wildlife garden which will be available all year round for the local community. It will be used to educate the school children and offer training opportunities for the local community.

The land has been previously used for fly tipping and anti-social behaviour so it will be great to see the area revamped and put to good use.
