Living with Secondary Breast Cancer - North
Services available in Sheffield.
Living with Secondary Breast Cancer is a free course for people who have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer.
A diagnosis of secondary breast cancer means that breast cancer cells have travelled to another part of the body, such as the liver, lungs or bones. It is not curable but can be controlled, in some cases for years.
Sessions cover a range of subjects including an overview of treatments for people living with secondary breast cancer, fatigue, stress and relaxation. The course also offers the opportunity to talk and share experiences with others and provides the chance to find out about Breast Cancer Care’s services and other local services.
